Job Decription:
Help manage operations of our user acquisition campaigns, including Facebook, Google, Ad networks and organic to make sure the user grows healthily and steadily.
Define strategy, evaluate campaign performance and calibrate plan to meet the goal.
Explore and develop new targeting opportunities through campaign trends, analysis, and industry insights to acquire high-quality users.
Provide creative ideas for content marketing.
Help define new UA tools and update existing UA tools to make the team more efficient.
Requirements
1 year + experience in conducting user acquisition campaigns for mobile apps, digital advertising. Fresh graduates are welcome.
Bachelor Degree in Marketing.
Analytical and data-oriented. Proficient in Excel. Experience in Google Analytics.
A genuine passion for advertising and the psychology of advertising.
Work under pressure, ability to take both of roles: team player and independent worker, proactive, progressive and self learner.
