Responsibilities:

HR Executive manages administrative, onboarding, training and recruiting activities as follows:

Manages all administrative processes for the office, including new hire, status change and termination processes.

Recruits for junior-level positions by posting jobs, reviewing resumes, conducting telephone interviews, shepherding candidates through the interview process.

Coordinates the orientation and onboarding process to include preparing new hire packets, sending pre-hire notifications, presenting at new hire orientation, processing paperwork, computer and ensuring workspace setups.

Supports the execution of training programs by coordinating set up, scheduling presenters and trainers, and tracking participation.

Ensures office-wide compliance with mandatory online policy acknowledgements and training with regular reminders and follow up. Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.

Coordinate with Building in identifying & fixing issues related to building facilities

Ensure all office & IT equipment operate efficiently

Partner with IT to purchase/replace/maintain/upgrade equipment

Monitor & manage stationery and other necessary tools in office

Filing important documents of company

Manage taxi report

Coordinator HCM office and HN office

Coordinator HR team execute Internal Communication every month

Support company staff’s events to increase staff engagement (Women’ Day, BOD Birth, Company trip, Year-end party, Medical check, etc.)

Manage an administration team including cleaners and messenger

Filing payment vouchers in order and making monthly payment for office

Other responsibilities as required

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required.

At least 2 years of experience working in an HR department.
Proven ability to effectively manage administrative processes and tasks in a timely and organized fashion.

Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and urgency for job responsibilities. Has a proven ability to work on assigned tasks and projects with minimal direction and supervision.

Able to be productive, maintain composure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills; exercises good judgment in use of various communication channels (email, phone, in-person) and is equally effective with each channel.

Proven ability to form and maintain effective working relationships with employees, managers and company leadership.
