Independently source & approach key contacts of potential brands by cold calling over telephone or face-to-face contact at networking events or business meetings.
Do client research, acknowledge clients’ needs and explain the benefits of using advertising services from BlueR; respond to any objections.
Explain pricing policy to potential clients and negotiate a fee if necessary.
Randomly check on existing clients to ensure clients are happy with the service. Support Account executive in any cases of conflict or influential negotiation.
Follow up with clients about payment schedule timely to guarantee planned settlement.
Prepare contracts and other financial/ legal documents; keep records of sales, contacts and deals.
Demonstrate strong commitment to sales KPI.
Produce sales reports and update client database to management on a monthly basis.
Other tasks may be assigned by Supervisor.
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales of advertising, marketing, communication, media or entertainment.
No time constraint in terms of communication with clients, especially outside of working hours.
Good presentation and negotiation skills, both in English & Vietnamese.
Ability to work up to optimum balance between budget & workload.
Good computer literacy.
A wide available network in relevant industries is a strong plus.
Bachelor's degree or beyond of Business, Marketing, Linguistic or similar majors.
Employee to work as scheduled with punctual attendance from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday plus any additional hours/days necessary in order to meet business demands.
Depending on the projects and flexible time options, employee has right to go out seeking and meeting Clients after posting notice to Supervisor and HR department.
Time frame is fairly fluid in film & advertising industry and dependent deeply on funding that it may require working in continuous hours, at late nights and weekends to meet deadlines.
