Responsibilities:
- Conduct research for client plans and proposals;
- Participate in brainstorms;
- Assist in campaign executions;
- Draft various types of content;
- Brief and follow up with suppliers;
- General administrative tasks;
- Discuss the products, services and requirements of each particular client;
- Set up meetings with clients;
- Oversee the status of event campaigns;
- Write reports and financial details;
- Become familiar with the nature of clients’ products, business culture.
Qualifications:
- Final year or recently graduated students major in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, English, or related field.
- Demonstrate a desire to learn about Events/ Marketing;
- Well-organized, with the ability to work on various projects at the same time;
- Ability to work quickly with great attention to details;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Available minimum 3 months;
