POSITION TITLE: Digital Planner

FUNCTIONAL OBJECTIVE: Digital Planner is responsible for achieving the client’s strategic objectives and working with the internal team to achieve execution of strategies. This candidate must be prepared for a fast-paced environment and be comfortable working with different internal teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develops unique and insightful strategies to meet/exceed client’s objectives
  • Writes communications briefs, ensuring that creative and media are effectively integrated
  • Manages research studies that yield rich insights into consumer online behavior and key motivational/attitudinal behavior
  • Develops a total understanding of online target audience and mindset modes
  • Creates and communicates a project proposal with detailed schedule
  • Schedules frequent check-ins with internal teams
  • Works with Account managers to ensure team is aligned to client requirement
  • Develops strong, trusting relationships between clients and agency partners, providing leadership and support during strategy, ideation, and execution
  • Proactively keeps abreast of assigned clients' marketing and media plans, and provides technological solutions including rich media, site optimization, promotional ideas, mobile, social networks, viral, etc.
  • Manages and prioritizes delivery of simultaneous projects effectively
  • Assesses and evaluates project success

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI):

  • Ensures timely delivery of digital projects within budget and timeline
  • Achieves high winning ratio on pitching ideas
  • Maintains excellent relationships with internal teams and external vendors

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • We are looking for a project manager with at least 3-5 years of digital planning & strategies
  • Qualified candidates will have experience with planning, directing, and coordinating technology projects and teams
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and client focused with lots of initiative and drive to succeed
  • Ability to work effectively with a variety of internal teams and business groups, including Creative, Media and Technical Delivery Specialists
  • Superior communication skills, both internal and client-facing
  • Ability to identify opportunities for growth and incremental opportunities with client partners
