JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Key roles & responsibilities:
- Pre – event/ activation (30%)
– Getting brief, analyzing, seeking information; understanding customer’s insights; approaching the trend, materials and new technology to develop ideas.
– Examining the project with Account/Operation Team.
– Creating outline design ideas.
- Implementation process (60%)
– Responsible for design products, manage to ensure compliance with the approved ideas.
– Coordinating with Account team to ensure on deadline, quality, request in projects.
– Coordinating with Account team to ensure on feasibility for production.
– Creating technical drawing, dimension and following to project deployment.
- Support Internal (10%)
– Supporting, creating ideas and responsible for internal/ external event company’s image branding.
– Supporting, creating ideas and responsible for the brand identity.
2. Requirements
– Graduated college, university or related qualifications
– At least 01 years experiences in the same position at advertising.
– Actual experience in BTL agency (plus point).
– Good interpersonal skill, patient and passionate.
– Work independently, teamwork skill and work under pressure.
– Presentation skill (plus point).
– Fluent 2D Design softwares.
– Be able to sketch ideas (plus point).
– Fluent file export tools.
– Understanding of printing materials and technical in the advertising industry.
– Have continuous learning about digital.
