CREATIVE DESIGN LEAD
Location: Ho Chi Minh city
Job type: Full-time
Length: Long-term contract
Salary: 40M (Non-Negotiable)
📌 Duties
– Manage projects to deliver the desired results in a timely manner, collaborate with clients to gather requirements, get feedback on design and present results;
– Lead out-of-the-box thinking and new executions to create compelling and visually stimulating designs that effectively communicate complex ideas;
– Provide strategic guidance and design direction, facilitate cross-functional project teams through the design thinking process for enterprise initiatives;
– Work with external agencies to develop compelling, top-notch creative content;
– Direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions;
– Working closely with the marketing team to produce all communication graphics (presentations, banners, landing pages, webpages, etc) and other materials that have a high visual impact on internal & external audiences.
📌 Qualifications
4+ years of relevant work experience
English oral and written skills
A positive team player, self-starter and strive for continuous improvement in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment
Leadership skills are desired
